Priscilla Rouyer, Founder
For the past 15 years, I have been on a mission to learn about and transform the way we engage with ourselves and with the world. I have worked for the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, each time learning a new way to lead global and cross-functional projects to improve global access to healthcare, education and economic opportunity. Every project I have taken on, has required transformational change in human behaviours and systems.
I learned about hypnosis when I gave birth to my daughters. I experienced the power to transform our narratives and the stories we tell ourselves, to transform an experience otherwise defined and often lived as painful, into something intense, raw and beautiful. I experienced alignment between my mind and my body, working as one.
I thought about how powerful it would be to bring these tools to the work we do, how much it would sustain us as we keep fighting for social change. Since the covid-19 pandemic, I have developed a dedicated offering to social change leaders and their teams to help them care for their mental health and renew their narratives for the work they do. At the system level, I continue to advise companies and organizations in the strategy and execution phase to create change at scale.
I have worked at the United Nations, McKinsey&Company, the Inter-American Development Bank and the Clinton Health Access Initiative. I hold an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and I am a certified hypnotherapist, trained in Ericksonian hypnosis (A.R.C.H.E).
I currently live in Paris, France with my husband and our two daughters.
